You must submit your document and defense schedule forms, signed by both you and your chair, at least 10 working days before your intended defense. Please see 10-Working Day Calendar, 2011 for permissible defense dates.
When you schedule your defense/submit for format review, you will need to send the following:
1. An electronic copy of your thesis/dissertation/equivalent
2. The appropriate defense form (Master's defense form, Doctoral defense form)
3. The Survey of Earned Doctorates (if you are a PhD or DMA student)
